Ultrasonic machining is a non-traditional process for low material removal. In the machining, a tool vibrates at ultrasonic frequency over the workpiece. This ultrasonic machine is designed to work in a continuous system. The process of machining looks similar; however, it is quite different. Firstly, the slurry flows over the work area, creating connection between work pieces and tool. Then the tool vibrates cause abrasives to bounce back and forth between two of them. Finally, the last parts of ultrasonic machine are cracks. They help the small pieces separate from working area while the work piece matches the shape.
